Sage ACT! User Group
FAQ About ACT! Software User Groups:
Q – What’s the difference between an ACT User Group Meeting and ACT training?
A – The user group is a 2-hour informal opportunity to learn about a single ACT feature or function in depth, then get free ACT help from experts and peers. (Typically Aviva has a tech support fee if you call our office for help.) And then there’s the food! The user group can be great networking, too; and a wonderful way to see how other organizations leverage their ACT! customer database.
ACT training is taught classroom-style by ACT Certified Trainers. It is curriculum-based. Tuition includes a cheat sheet and the class is covered by Aviva’s exclusive guarantee: you can re-take the training again at no extra charge for up to 60 days. Class size is limited so each student gets maximum attention. By the end of the training, students are exposed to every major feature in ACT and how to apply sales and marketing technology to their business.
