12 months of unlimited phone and email support (up to 20 minutes per call)
Support is defined as help with installation, upgrade assurance, basic usability and basic functionality
Support does not cover inquiries about business practices or application training
More complex questions, repairs, set up or troubleshooting issues may require remote desktop sharing for an additional charge for which you will receive a VIP discount of 30% off our regular rate.
