- Support is defined as help with installation, upgrade assurance, basic usability and basic functionality
- Support does not cover inquiries about business practices or application training
- More complex questions, repairs, set up or troubleshooting issues may require remote desktop sharing for an additional charge for which you will receive a VIP discount of 30% off our regular rate.
